NSK Angular Contact Ball Baring Features:
The ball screw bearings, most of the contact angle of 60 degrees, can carry large axial loads, mainly used for various types of precision machine tools ball screw can also be used to speed is not high axial load of the grinding head motor.Its dimensional accuracy P5, p4 level, provides matching and universal pairing for customers to choose, can also provide a sealing structure of the ball screw bearings, including BS, BSA, 7602,7603 series bearings.
TAC B series:
The axial rigidity is high because of a large number of balls and a contact angle of 60°.compared with tapered roller bearings of cylindrial roller bearings, this type has lower starting torque; so smoother rotation is possible with less driving force.
TAC B series bearings incorporate NSK's recently developed molded polyamide resin cage. In additon using extra-pure steel for the inner and outer rings has further enhanced service life. our EP steel is manufactured by controlling the amount of harmful oxide inclusions , which eliminates large size inclusions and enjoys higher purity than vaccum arc remelted(var) steel.
The series with "DG" seal, low torque contact seal, with "WPH" grease, an waterproof grease, increase the reliability and provide for easy handling.
